Data Processing
How we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with GDPR

We process your personal data based on the following legal grounds under GDPR Article 6:

  • Consent: You have given clear consent for us to process your personal data for specific purposes
  • Contract: Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with you (e.g., providing game services)
  • Legal Obligation: Processing is necessary to comply with the law
  • Legitimate Interests: Processing is necessary for our legitimate interests (e.g., fraud prevention, improving our services), provided your rights do not override these interests

We collect and process the following categories of personal data:

  • Identity data (name, username, device identifiers)
  • Contact data (email address)
  • Technical data (IP address, browser type, device information)

  • Marketing and communications data (preferences for receiving marketing communications)

Processing Purposes

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

  • To provide and maintain our gaming services
  • To personalize your gaming experience
  • To communicate with you about our services

  • To ensure security and prevent fraud
  • To comply with legal obligations
Consent Management
How we obtain and manage your consent under GDPR requirements

Consent Collection

We collect consent through clear opt-in mechanisms that meet GDPR standards. Consent requests are presented in plain language, separate from other terms and conditions. We explain what you are consenting to and inform you of your right to withdraw consent at any time. Pre-ticked boxes or implied consent are never used.

Withdrawal of Consent

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. You can withdraw consent by contacting us at the email address provided below or through your account settings. We will process your withdrawal request within 30 days.

Marketing Communications

We will only send you marketing communications if you have consented to receive them. Each marketing communication includes an easy unsubscribe mechanism. You can also manage your marketing preferences through your account settings or by contacting us directly. Under GDPR, you have an absolute right to object to direct marketing at any time.

Data Retention
How long we keep your personal data in accordance with GDPR principles

Retention Periods

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Specific retention periods include:

  • Active account data: Retained while your account is active
  • Inactive account data: Deleted after 2 years of inactivity
  • Transaction records: Retained for 7 years for legal compliance
  • Marketing consent records: Retained for 3 years from last interaction
  • Cookie data: As specified in our Cookie Policy

Deletion Procedures

When personal data is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymize it. Deletion is performed across all our systems, including backups, within a reasonable timeframe. You can request deletion of your data at any time by exercising your right to erasure (see above).

Archive and Backup

Data in backups is retained for disaster recovery purposes and is deleted according to our backup retention schedule (typically 90 days). Backup data is subject to the same security measures as live data.

International Data Transfers
How we protect your data when transferred outside the EU/EEA

Some of our service providers may be located outside the European Economic Area (EEA). When we transfer your personal data outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place as required by GDPR Chapter V:

  • Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs): We use EU Commission-approved standard contractual clauses
  • Adequacy Decisions: We transfer data to countries recognized by the EU Commission as providing adequate protection
  • Additional Safeguards: We implement supplementary measures where necessary to ensure data protection equivalent to EU standards
